This chicken is delicious and crisp, with the perfect creamy lemon sauce to compliment. It's everything you could want in an epic chicken dish!
1/2 cup dry white wine
2 tsp garlic, minced
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 boneless, skinless, chicken breasts
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup olive oil
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
In a medium sauce pan, combine wine and garlic over medium heat. Bring wine to a boil then reduce to a simmer until wine is reduced by half, about 3 to 4 minutes. Add butter to pan until melted. Once melted, add cream and salt. Cut lemon in half and squeeze juice of one half into sauce pan. Taste and add more lemon if necessary. Bring to a boil and simmer 10 to 12 minutes. Cover and remove from heat.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Place flour and a sprinkle of salt and pepper in a dish. Coat each piece of chicken in flour mixture. Place in skillet and sauté about 4 minutes per side. Remove from pan and repeat until all chicken is cooked.
Once chicken is cooked, return to pan with sauce and simmer over low to medium heat to combine. Enjoy!
