Dessert Crepes with Homemade Whipped Cream

This delicious dessert is surprisingly simple and sure to please a crowd!
1 cup all purpose flour
1/4 cup white sugar
1 cup milk
Pam olive oil spray
2 cups heavy cream
1/4 cup powdered sugar
In a large mixing bowl, combine flour and sugar. Add in milk and egg and whisk to combine. Batter should be thinner than a pancake batter. If too thick, add more milk 1 tablespoon at a time.
Heat a lightly oiled medium size frying pan over medium heat. Pour 1/3 cup of batter into pan and tilt to create a circular motion until the batter covers the surface of the pan.
Cook the crepe until it is lightly browned, about 2 minutes, and then flip and cook the other side.
Beat together heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
Lay crepe flat and fill with Nutella, strawberries, bananas, and whipped cream or other desired fillings.
