Knorr's Spinach Dip

I get asked for this recipe at least once every single time I make it, and it's so simple! So here it is. The perfect appetizer for any summer party!

Ingredients

  • 1 box (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, cooked, cooled and squeezed dry

  • 1 container (16 oz.) sour cream

  • 1 cup mayonnaise

  • 1 package Knorr® Vegetable recipe mix*

  • 1 can (8 oz.) water chestnuts, drained and chopped

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Let sit in a refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

Serve with your favorite vegetables and bread.


Make It Vegan! Substitute the mayonnaise and sour cream for the vegan versions of both!


*The Vegetable Recipe mix can seem hard to find, but you can find it in just about any grocery store! Be sure to check out the dry soup mix section, that is where I've had luck finding it in most stores.
