Roasted Garlic

Pair this roasted garlic with bread for a delicious appetizer that is sure to impress!


  • 8oz peeled garlic cloves*

  • 1/3 cup olive oil

  • 1/4 tsp Italian seasoning

  • salt, to taste

  • pepper, to taste


Heat oven to 400°.

Cut ends off garlic cloves and discard of any cloves that look old or wilted.

In an oven safe dish, add garlic cloves, olive oil, Italian seasoning, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper and mix to combine.

Bake until garlic is soft and slightly browned, about 25-30 minutes.

Enjoy on your favorite bread, as a staple ingredient to any protein seasoning, or as an addition to an epic charcuterie board.

*Pro Tip: You can purchase already peeled garlic cloves at any grocery store! Trader Joes sells them in 4oz packages, perfect for this recipe.
